Narrative trail run.
No marshals, no route markers, a few water stops ..... but really it's just you, a written route description and the glorious Essex countryside.
Pre-entry is GREATLY appreciated although you can also enter on the day.
Organised by Saffron Striders and held under UK Athletics rules. TRA Permit applied for.

No homemade cakes this year but there will be plenty of soup, tea and snacks at the finish.

Full marathon: 9:00am - 10:00am
Half marathon: 10:00am - 11:30am
Cut off
We have to vacate the hall at 4:00pm sharp.
Please ensure you allow plenty of time to reach the finish.
